Garmin-Nuvi-dash-mount

Whether you live in an urban area, or are a frequent visitor, a GPS device is a great option for navigating city streets and finding stores and restaurants.  Though these devices come standard on many new vehicles, installing them in an old vehicle is quite simple.  First of all, decide on a GPS device.  Garmin, as the original GPS brand, and the most renowned, is a safe bet.  For city navigation, the Garmin Nuvi is cost efficient and comes with all the contemporary features. Once you have selected the GPS device you want, you will want to purchase a car mount.  These can be installed on your dashboard and will hold the GPS in place.

Once you have both the GPS and the mount, turn it on, read the instructions, plug in your destination, and follow the on screen map; piece of cake!

Garmin-fitness-GPSOne of the most difficult parts of getting into shape is sticking with a fitness program for the duration.  If it were possible for everyone to afford a personal trainer who would work with them during their exercise, there is no doubt fewer people would be out of shape in the first place.  However it’s unrealistic for most people to have a personal trainer, thus one of the better options for assisting with exercise is a handheld fitness trainer.  These little electronic devices monitor speed, distance, heart rate, and will help you train for a marathon or just improve your physique.

Handheld fitness trainers come from several manufacturers, but a Garmin fitness GPS tends to be the most bang for your buck.  You get a handheld fitness trainer, and a GPS device that will design running routes and courses for you; it really is like having your own personal trainer.
